Abstract

Farmer's Exchange Rate Index (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (It) to the index of price paid by farmers (Ib).
The Maluku Province Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) in July 2021 was 101.71 or up 0.92 percent compared to June 2021 which was recorded at 100.78. The increase in NTP was caused by the price index of agricultural production (It) which was recorded to increase by 0.86 percent and the decrease in the price index purchased by farmers (Ib) by 0.06 percent.
In July 2021 Maluku Province was in the 22nd place out of 34 provinces with an NTP of 101.71. The highest NTP occurred in Riau Province at 132.16; while the lowest NTP occurred in the province of Bali at 92.58.
There were four sub-sectors that experienced an increase in FTT, namely the horticulture sub-sector (2.06 percent), the smallholder plantation sub-sector (0.96 percent), the livestock sub-sector (3.22%), and the fisheries sub-sector (0.47 percent). Meanwhile, one other sub-sector experienced a decrease in FTT, namely the food crops sub-sector (-0.47 percent).
In July 2021, there will be a 0.05 percent decline in the IKRT. The decrease in IKRT was caused by a decrease in IKRT in the food, beverage and tobacco expenditure groups as well as housing, water, electricity, and other fuels.
The NTUP of Maluku Province in July 2021 increased by 0.86 percent compared to June 2021, from 106.27 to 107.19.
